If your talking the 03 group, I would say your close. I’m an 05 NYCFC parent, and I think you’re pretty close with the 70-75%. Other groups, like my daughters would be more likely 75% ECNL. You 03 parents, are in the drivers seat on this one

There is no advantage it not making it very clear that all will continue as is in the future. There would be only one reason for silence and lack of strong reassurance on this issue.
