Here is a great example, B Sember, is not playing HS soccer, instead she is training privately until her ECNL team reconvenes in a few weeks to begin their 2019/2020 campaign, which should include a chance for a national championship. The team has talent, but can they play as one, win lose or draw, one team, one objective.
