Who takes pleasure in clubs dong poorly? Other club owners. Given how bad the NE GDA s right not no one should be taking pleasure in a club doing badly - except Fury, they deserve it. The only victims in that case are the kids who followed the rules. If NYSC bowed out there would be a gapping hole between OW to LI or NJ. That isn't a good thing for a struggling region.

There is already a gaping hole in GDA between Montauk and Newark and USSF created it! Even when NYCFC was there, they were good in the region only because it was so weak. Killed on the national stage by decent but not great teams from anywhere outside the NE. What a shame for the largest metropolitan area in the entire US. My kid played for NYCFC, and I can tell you that at the 2018 playoffs her team was not killed, they were 1-2 and lost to some of the best team in the country, one being the eventual National Champion. NYCFC were step-for-step with PDA until the final whistle. At least the Colorado parents had some class, and cheered our girls at the end, something that NJ parents were completely incapable of, partly because they were stuffing their fat faces with burritos...Originally posted by Unregistered View Post

people are pretty blind. The best part is when PDA kids go to Rutgers en masse and play the dullest soccer you have ever seen. This alone should tell you that talent is not owned by any Club. Parents are allowed to believe that if they dont make it at Club A, its the Clubs fault so they go to Club B where they tell them "never mind, Jane is a great p[layer and if you pay us 3k we will tell you that every time you need to hear it" .
