See below this is from the DA website. I guess the DA does not listen to science since they believe that based on travel 2 games over a weekend is acceptable.
"Our game-to-training ratio ensures our players are getting adequate rest. Teams may have one (1) or two (2) games per weekend based on travel, with no more than one game per day."

-practice 4 days a week (plenty of clubs don't);
- don't play high school (accept when we allow it or your club can legally add you back in after HS is over);
- play ten months a year (except for that down period mid December to the end of February);
- only the highest level licensure for coaches (many of whom don't have their required licensure);
- no more than one game in two days (except when we do it at national events or if it's convenient for teams)
