Not surprised by the narrative you lazy people are trying to spin. Lazy begets Lazy. The ignorance is comical. You have no real organized thought to contradict how lazy most of you and your children are so you post ridiculous responses to turn the narrative in a direction you can more suitably handle.

L-A-Z-Y and P-R-I-V-I-L-E-D-G-E-D (even in regards to your pathetic responses)

The one who stepped up to go in goal after their goalie, who played the 2nd half of the game, went down with a head injury a few minutes into the 2nd half. NYCFC couldn't put their starting goalie back in due to substitution rules, so a field player went in goal.

For this very reason, I an not a fan of the substitution rules. Also what if a team has one sub for a particular game. That sub is penalized for coming to play. They wouldn't get into the game until the very, very end because it would be foolish to burn the one sub in case a player gets injured.

If this is DA, how is this developing players? Certainly not the sub who can't get in or a keeper who might be forced to play injured if the team already burned the other keeper.

Not on some teams. Find a better fit.

That is far more credible than a tie. I think in the fall NYCFC beat them by a 6pt margin. Going from that to a tie in a few months? Highly improbable.

Heard NYCFC 02/03's also played with 10 players because of the substitution rule. Not great for them, but kind of embarrassing for NYSC that they couldn't score with a forward for goalie and 9 field players.

Development is a lose term in the Development Academy lexicon, much like Elite is in ECNL :). No but really the sub rules aren't good for development. The 25% start rule is a nice touch but it's starts, not playing time. ECNL doesn't guarantee starts but the sub rules make it easier to make sure the coach can try and give the rostered players decent PT each game.

How often does that happen? Like....rarely so you right it off as the 1% and don't accomodate a rule for it
