Maybe Fall of 2024 will better. The off season is almost over.

Their regular season is an "off" season

Unfortunately AS of now things are still dumb in the parents section.

Why are the seniors (who are qualified with lots of experience) not playing as much a.s. expected? Bad start for the fox team.

If you were to ask the players they would tell you there are seniors that should play more based on their experience, leadership and talent. That is a FACT.

We assume this is a Senior parent of a player speaking from their professional experience as a club soccer parent. Maybe the coach after preseason sees that those Seniors are just not good enough with their skills and talent. When you say experience what does that mean when this program has been a dumpster fire for a few years. At some point parents need to be realistic that maybe their daughters were never as good as they thought and this coach sees it for what it is. Experience of losing and a losing culture does not translate to leadership when this program has not succeeded in some time. Once again you want to circumvent the coaching staff and ask the players what they think should be done. That “ship has sailed” with a new coach making there stamp on the team. Those days of running to the AD are over. At some point this crowd need to stay far away. Sorry for being truthful.

That's BS what you are talking about. And it's their stamp not there.

As far as I understood the post it was directed at a particular player.

Nope lots of upperclassmen getting looked over for the new players. Coach has created a clear divide and its not going well.

They are not being looked over, they were “looked at” during preseason and the coaching staff have made coaching decisions based on their level of play. These players for the most part are just not good enough and the coaching staff are going in a different direction. This program needs a new start with new players who fit the criteria of this coaching staff. College soccer is a different level of soccer and being on a roster. If you can’t help this coach win matches toda, right now then you’re not going to get playing time. Those players not contributing at training are not going to play in matches. The divide is about the players going forward and those that are not part of the future.

Coach should explain to the new players how to behave and support your teammates who were there before you and never assume they are not important.

Because all people deserve respect on and off the field, especially your teammates.

That’s an entirely different issue and I agree. No one is bigger than the whole. There is no room for attitude with your teammates. That’s a lack of maturity that should be addressed by the team’s captain(s) immediately. If the players have no respect for the captain(s) then the coaching staff should be alerted to this issue.
