The only thing that changed for the 08s is the coach. New coach is a nightmare from what I hear. Poor practices, poor rapport with players and genuinely lazy.

If true that is much easier to change than get new quality players from elsewhere. At this age most are settled into their teams.

An ECNL coach is calling random parents and sharing info about the team and the major changes he is making? Sounds unconventional.

Keep in mind though the blue team they beat were minus the best players on the team who were attending a national ID camp. The blue coach got fired yesterday.
