I'm not sure how newsworthy this really is. Assistant coach is still there. Husband was just a volunteer.

You people are unbelievable. This isn’t high school or club. It’s a D1 program at a school with 6000 kids. What if Patrick Ewing had his wife on the bench at this afternoon’s Georgetown game? What if she ran practices? There would be 30,000 Twitter posts.

If that was the case then the HC should be fired. She's the HC, not him. They were 5-7-3 this year, similarly mediocre in years past.

this is one of many problems with LI/NY soccer parents....they do not know the difference between a "trainer" and the "coach".
They are NOT one and the same and each has a different role and responsibility.
