Originally posted by Unregistered View PostI think the disconnect here is that CSA is not an elite club on the girls side. It’s a below average, middle tier club in an area where the two current ECNL clubs are trying to grow. CSA has just become a brand and a business model for the owner to push Capelli gear. It’s still a viable option on the boys side (especially in Bergen) but their girls program is poor.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostI really disagree with your assessment regarding the girls side. Now to be fair, if you are basing your opinion from a few years ago MAYBE I could see your point. Now, the girls side is very well run and competitive. Good trainers/coaches, the DoC Is present and active, almost every age group has two teams Green/White. Communication is also very strong. That’s my experience and I have two girls in the program- on the younger side and older.

This isn’t happening because CSA isn’t perceived as being elite on the girls side and they are in an area where the two current clubs are expanding (most notably PDA as they control this league).
