Why do you think STA is good? They had average talent before getting DA. They took very good talent from Stallions, WCFC and PDA because (and only because) DA. Like PDA recently, they do not have a very good track record of developing anyone from scratch 04 or older. Don’t see STA as elite club moving forward. GAL can implode with one or two major clubs dropping out. If CSA gets into ECNLR maybe but that place is revolving door of coaches. Ownership must be horrendous.

I beg to differ. My daughter is moving from STA GDA to WC ECRL. The team at WC is stronger than STA We were sold on the NT invites by TV last year big mistake

Maybe but long term not seeing STA as a viable option being in the 3rd/4th best league after this cycle of girls.

ECNL and USYS positioned well for the future. GAL has a rough road ahead. Regulation up and down makes too much sense.

Do people think that ECRL is about to add a whole bunch of new teams to the NE? I guess this league is supposed to have less travel. In that case, is there a chance that they split the NE into two regions and add a bunch of teams. ECRL Virginia has 11 teams.

Last year, NE NPL was split into North and South to reduce travel (NY/CT/MA clubs were North, NJ/PA/MD teams were South). This year, they had re-combined everyone, but it's possible they split it again this coming year.

Right now the Worldclass ecnl team in my daughters age group is weak. Castoffs from girls who did not make the top team at wc ecnl combined with wc nj and nysc. But this has always been the case because we don’t have the mass that PDA Has. To say the WC is stronger is a joke. The only time the Worldclass second teams we’re stronger in the second tier was when we had girls development academy and ecnl and some teams elected to stay ecnl for highschool purposes. If you tell me the age group at world I can give you a complete analysis. But for the most part what you are saying is certainly not true on the whole.

STA was definitely a little better then Northern Counties level right before DA but behind other leagues. It will be interesting to see what their teams look like next season with losing many kids and replacing with b c team players again.

Interesting. Perhaps a little advice if you don't mind. I will be considering STA or World class as we live in Bergen county. How long were you with STA and how did you like the program?. I am hesitant to choose world because of second the team status. What was the problem with the STA team?/ program

Also is the ECRL world class team really that good.? How do you know since we have been on lockdown and you're coming from a different team. Did they play each other?

In my humble opinion no matter what club. I would definitely do my due diligence when it comes to B teams. Maybe look on got soccer and see who they have played and what brackets for tournaments. I’m very wary of second tier teams
