It's pretty simple. Keep it about produced profits with the same contract.
- Equal starting salaries for both women and men
- Exact same % for all additional sources of income from their sides of the sport. (Ticket sales, TV/Media income, bonus potential, etc)
Men's World Cup will produce more income then the Women's World Cup. Just a fact. More dollars/income available for the men. Supply and demand. Same on the professional side as well. Men will produce more profits.
If both get 1.5% of their games additional income as a pool of cash then men will get more. Just make it the same. Problem is both sides have different unions working for them right now.
It's all about total profits. Period. Make the % exactly the same.
