Why are you so blind to the facts of the situation

They knew who they are hiring. One thing for sure they miscalculated. Turned the one if the most disliked figures in youth soccer into a person who people are rallying around and at the same totally changed the perception of TV. Exposed his dark side as well as may have ruined his rep as a coach if his da teams fall flatter than they are right now

TV was living off his nice guy perception without ever winning anything

No one is blind to anything around the SC drama. JN is friends with SC and brought him in which many who were already at STA weren't happy about. The drama was all expected but no one thought it would be this soon and most thought SC would push out TV.

Whats done is done and those that are loyal to SC will move on to follow him. Others that are getting what they want from DA will stay. Those who don't want SC or DA will move on to something that suits them better. New players will come in. Its the way it is. Like it or not.

And what you fail to realize is that their are many people that have a falling out with SC Thst are rallying behind him. Myself included. Your scope is way too narrow but I guess that’s why you’ve been at STA so long.

What SC parents are realizing is that TV practice session are weak and the longer they remain there the farther back their daughters will fall behind. If JN is to salvage this PR nightmare he needs to get a quality coach in there. But we both know JN does nit know how to do that, just look at psa wildcats DM and MC are the top

SC 05 team was not the only one STA tried to grab. Just look west of Morris Plains for a smaller town club with a pretty decent 05 girls team. STA loves poaching talent.

So does every other club. They all do it. These coaches all think they are better then the mate drinking at the pub with them but most of it is just keeping and chasing talent.

Wait until JN looks at the budgets for GDA. Small rosters, 4 x per week training, high travel costs, high coaching expenses. He must be making a massive loss on those teams. At that point he will consider cutting ties. He has his boys in the ECNL and girls in DA. Makes no sense.
