FYI NM worked for JN training company for years

Also he worked for psa for 2 years prior to coming to sta
    Far from same situation

If Tim tried this with him Tim would get fired.

    During him
Mid season is a slap in the face to every parent that came to sta for him to coach their daughter. It’s a total disregard to their families.

So please take your nose out of Tims butt , clean the brown stuff off and see what this was in real life

    A power play. Tom
Was afraid shaun was going to eclipse him once nm got his a license and he wasn’t needed anymore

Another FYI nm and sc are best of friends

This post is not from a parent with a kid on SC team.

If I paid to have sc coach my daughter and for whatever reason( except if he got sick or quit) he is removed from
The team I should recieve a refund for the time he is not going to be there.

This should be for any coach.
Did your contract stipulate who the coach would be? That would be unusual.

Did the contract stipulate what actions available should there be a chance?

Yea and I am sure all of their contracts say SC is the only coach they are allowed to have. Get a clue.
With any club you sign up and pay for the for the club there is never a guarantee on who will be coach

Stop making Cryer out to be the victim. Stop making him a martyr. Yes the parents who followed him are getting somewhat screwed but that is Cryers fault. Drama always follows him whether he is a good coach or not. If he conducted himself in a professional manner this would not have happened. Parents are still getting what they paid for at the club that they signed up for. In the end if they want to follow Cryer to Dynamo they can. If they want to stay STA they can. If they want to go to another club they can
Somewhat screwed. They are the ones being totally screwed. They didn’t come to sta to play for Tom. If they wanted to play for him they would’ve come on their own. Tim is not a draw. Never won anything.

Don’t you get it. This rant is not about SC. It’s about how we the parents are at the owners mercy and have no way to fight it alone

I know right. We are not all that loyal to SC

yes, you do have a way. Once the contract is up, and from all accounts they are fulfilling the requirements stipulated in the contract, you can leave.

Should you want to leave before, you are liable for any damages stipulated in the contract.

Reminder: This is youth soccer we are talking about.

The point is it should be stated in the contract because it’s said verbally stated all the time.

If any of the kids really wanted to leave now STA would let them go and make them only pay for fall and not Spring.

IF a promise was made verbally and then not kept, that is not cool. I would say go ahead and leave if that is an option.

Like I said , someone would say that . But it’s much more with the amount of money and time involved.

Stop following blindly like a sheep and be a leader.

I know it’s not in your dna it’s nit your fault

Or, just follow your contractual obligations and next time, read what you sign. Not the first time someone snake oil salesman coach switched clubs and it didn't work, and kids were left in the lurch. That's the problem with following coaches around...their schedule is their own schedule and you are secondary.

                          If it were verbal, no.

What's to stop anyone from saying "I was told when I came over I'd be a full-game player and every minute I sat I was to be paid $1000?"

Clubs aren't stupid - I've never seen a contract with a specific coach stipulated for this very reason.

Clubs, coaches and players are all more or less free agents out here. Do your homework as much as you can and keep your expectation in check. this is an ugly business.

What is to stop anyone from being a sleazy lying cheat? Pay attention to character in your own kids and teach them about how to properly evaluate the character of others.
