If you purchase a product and you don’t get what is promised the law allows you return it for a refund.

If I paid to have sc coach my daughter and for whatever reason( except if he got sick or quit) he is removed from
The team I should recieve a refund for the time he is not going to be there.

This should be for any coach.

Did your contract stipulate who the coach would be? That would be unusual.

Did the contract stipulate what actions available should there be a chance?

How you people are twisting this is unbelievable. There was no bait and switch, just a psycho coach not being able stay employed by yet another club. Look at his track record. Stop making Cryer out to be the victim. Stop making him a martyr. Yes the parents who followed him are getting somewhat screwed but that is Cryers fault. Drama always follows him whether he is a good coach or not. If he conducted himself in a professional manner this would not have happened. Or, just follow your contractual obligations and next time, read what you sign. Not the first time someone snake oil salesman coach switched clubs and it didn't work, and kids were left in the lurch. That's the problem with following coaches around...their schedule is their own schedule and you are secondary.

Clubs aren't stupid - I've never seen a contract with a specific coach stipulated for this very reason.

Clubs, coaches and players are all more or less free agents out here. Do your homework as much as you can and keep your expectation in check. this is an ugly business.

Clubs aren't stupid - I've never seen a contract with a specific coach stipulated for this very reason.

What is to stop anyone from being a sleazy lying cheat? Pay attention to character in your own kids and teach them about how to properly evaluate the character of others.
