MFA would get instant credibility with SC. Clear house. Get rid of DB,JR,& MR.
bring roster sizes down to 20. Have only BEST players at club. 2 teams max at each age group.
Keep MFA small.

Excellent and friendly communication with parents. Market price for ECNL clubs. $2,500. 3x week practice. Get real fields/lights/bathrooms/clubhouse (like World Class) at another location.
No drama, soccer only.

Highly doubt the screaming was the reason. They knew exactly how he behaves prior to bringing him on.

The real reason may never come out because it's probably an serious internal issue.

He will have his story and I'd bet STA keeps it professional and never really says why other than philosophical differences.

I keep hearing if SC leaves or MR, etc leaves they would have a following of players that would go with them to another club. Real question is if DB or JR ever left would they have a following? And when I mean a following not a few player/parents that they are friends with that help them turn on the generators or help them out for playing time

I can say that if DB or JR left many people including myself would consider MF. As long as they are there I am staying far away

No reason? I agree SC is a great coach but he is abusive and demeaning to young girls. That is what USSF doesn't like. Several of his girls recently quit after Florida because of him. You can defend him all you want but something needed to be done.

Does the MatchFit girls program even exist without them? I was under the impression (which they sometimes gave in their marketing emails) that they created the program and more or less own it.
