Yes Tim is the man but most if not all of the coaches at STA are great. I am a long time STA parent and Cryer is new to the club. I can say he is a little nuts but his girls love him. He gets the most out of his girls. Even the younger ones.

My daughter played for him at Crush and it was the worst experience. The team
Was excellent but he constantly bullied the girls. Do you think it’s good for a teenage girl to be belittled and screamed at by an adult male on a regular basis?

If you do then there is as much wrong with you as there is with him. Winning isn’t everything, especially for a teenage girl. They have plenty of issues with self esteem and fitting in with out being called a moron and put down by a 30+ year old male. Maybe you should consult your mother sister and wife.
