Sorry to hear that ,we are at pda . I would say come over but playing some lower level edp league probably suits his 2008 team better . Considering he and his wife developed that team and not Danny . We have results without the abuse .

A game's 07's are not playing for SC or STA. They are going to ECNL clubs

The 2007s For the most part are going to Ecnl clubs and the top of the 2008s are going to PDA, Matchfit or to SC. STA is grabbing at straws at this point.

As a parent of a former GDA player, take my advise as you will. We were promised a lot by TV at STA to get us to leave our former club. We were told it was the only way to keep our daughter invited to NT training camps, we were told she would be surrounded by like minded players, video analysis, etc. etc. guess what, girls from Non GDA teams got invited to camps, she played with players who were more suited for town teams and we rarely got feedback from anyone in the club. This is our experience. I won’t talk about anyone else. My daughter will be at PDA next year

Glad you were able to make your own decision. Helps having a player with NT Camps on the resume! For many of us, we may be stuck a year while evaluating so all we can do is hope for the best for GA and then seek out new horizons if/when it becomes possible. Good luck at PDA (no sacrasm).

Huh? Their 2007 team was not strong. They are finding homes at ECNL clubs that easily?

It happens all the time! Even with individual player evaluations these academies know they have to retain players by making everyone feel like they are better so they overly inflate the evaluations with positive feedback and higher marks. They are smart to do so and the girls feel great while the uneducated parent has no clue!

How do you know your daughter will be at PDA next year? Won't there be fierce competition for those spots? Where were you before?

As a parent of a "insert a club name here" player, let me reassure you that your experience here will be identical, but you'll probably end up spending a little but more money.

That’s a little presumptive on your part, no? My own daughter had been very happy with the GDA experience she had for 2 years prior to our arrival at STA. We only moved to STA because her GDA team went back to ECNL. Needless to say the STA experience has been unacceptable in our eyes, so we are looking to move as well. We are not difficult parents, we just want our daughter to be around kids like herself. I can guarantee you that we have not said a word to any coach who has ever coached our daughter except the call we just made to her old coach to ask if he could take her back. We already know that he does not have room for her at this point, so we will keep looking. Not every parent who moves their kids around are difficult. We just know what our kids want to be happy
