Ecnl is trying to insulate from the coming club disaster by taking on as many clubs as they can, aside from those who the board members veto specifically. They know a bunch of clubs are dead and they are taking in extra teams to pad numbers until they see who dies. Only clubs near stars, wcfc and pda get extra scrutiny due to the geographical exclusivities to which they are bound.

Vistula
Real Jersey
NJ Premier
STA — plays joke league
Ironbound
Cedar Stars — desperately hoping to play mls league
PDA — desperately hoping to play mls league league
Too bad these teams don’t play each other, that would have been a pretty competitive division

Is the GAL league really happening? My brother’s daughter plays for FC Virginia and he says they have not shared any information about league next year. It is rumored that FC Virginia will be taking the 14th spot in ECNL’s mid Atlantic division. Our family is growing very concerned about the validity of GAL
