Half the team is quality. The other half is a huge drop off. Worst part is the coach plays them equally. They will lose majority of their better players if nothing changes. RT actually teaches. The coach they have is horrible!!!

I know that coach personally. She Can’t coach. I would be on my girls if they played the way those girls played. They play kickball. We’ve played them. Low level soccer and no development.

I can count 7 quality players on that 2012 team. They need to recruit better players before going ECRL. Hopefully they can retain those 7 players for next year.

There are 15 or 16 on the roster and 7 are very good. They just need better players to play with to become a very good team. 7 out of 15 is not good enough to be a good team. But I would say, 7 are good players.

How many quality players would you say they have then?? You seem to know the team well?

you have to remember, they will be playing ECRL not ECNL. A few more good players and and better coach and they will be fine.

The real problem is with MFA shore because they take unqualified players and it dilutes their program and team

You are correct. Anyone who is exceptional would have either never joined MFA shore or left MFA shore by now when they realize it’s only ECRL.
