How is it that a PDA coach FaceTimes his small son during games, has him on the field during a game, and can leave two 2012 white NL girls in charge of RL because he has to go to another Field for a team that isn’t his? Is this allowed? Is PDA allowed to do this? How can he get away with this - not what I understood PDA to be.

Don’t know who this is or about this specific situation but pda amazing coaching is a myth. Who is the great pda coach? Players they have. Coaches who?

Like any other club.. some coaches are good and some not so good. Just because it’s PDA doesn’t mean the coach is great.

Yes they can do it and will do it. It's pda. You need them, they don't need you

Like any other club.. some coaches are good and some not so good. Just because it’s PDA doesn’t mean the coach is great.

What? Seriously? You ever look for reviews online? I don’t have access to every coach. What is wrong with hearing opinions? Again let’s try this again. In your opinion who are the tops guys at pda. Try not to hurt people’s feelings. Thank you.

At the younger age groups there isn’t any good coaches

KM is loud and enthusiastic but he has a very weird relationship where he’s always hugging every kid and celebrating things like slide tackles at u9.

SD is just there because her kid is good. She’s ok and has a nice calm demeanor with the players but doesn’t really scream educated at coaching.

TDP and RN have the job because they’re assistants at Rutgers with MO. RN spends more time on his phone than coaching. TDP again seems like a nice kid but doesn’t teach the kids enough.

DG probably tries to teach the players the right way but has little tactical understanding and his teams regularly finish bottom of the league.

TW - probably one of the nice guys around, hung around long enough coaching white teams that they’ve finally given him a blue team but that team is still struggling to perform at the PDA level so they’re going to need to recruit rather than develop

NH is ruthless in both his coaching style and recruitment, he wants to win and his record does show that. if you’re not good enough or don’t attend his “additional” session you don’t get to play and you will be replaced by the first shiny new thing.

LH - been around the soccer world for a lot of years now so is very knowledgeable but some have also described a dinosaur in that the game is changing but his ideas are never

MS - was meant to be given the 2013 blue team this year but something changed where he isn’t coaching any good teams now but is probably one of the best they have so must have had some falling out somewhere.
