Just a couple weeks ago they were still registered under FC Berna Legacy Black. Not sure why they added to their name if it’s still the same group and NJ Nationals has their own team situation. Maybe setting up for a more complete merger in the future.

Prior to 8th grade just a tourney team. 8th grade they play league both on home team(berna, SP, Summit and some other towns) and on select team if selected. 9th grade and beyond go strictly to Nationals.
The naming is complicated because they all the towns technically fall under the nationals umbrella so they can card with both so then name for the town includes the umbrella and the name for the nationals league team in straight nationals,

I'd bet most the "NJ Nationals Select" are from Berna

fair amount from summit and scotch plains as well. keep adding towns I think bridgewater and clark came on board recently but not positive

It’s interesting how West Morris is no longer a partner club…if I recall correctly, they were a big part of NJN at the inception

So they are all one card now for all 5 or 6 towns/clubs now? Or does each club still have their own card?
