It’s amazing people don’t know what happened. The team is immensely talented has some really excellent player. Admittedly it is hard to repeat because everyone comes out gunning for you. With that said coaching was the biggest change. At PDA you have a few branches of coaching. Everyone knows who is who and who plays what type of game. This team was stuck with an archaic old fashioned brand of soccer and it hurt them. PDA still has a few of these dinosaurs on staff and most parents run from them because even as a parent they understand the game has evolved. This result is a credit to the girls and getting this far in spite of the coaching.

They are just jealous their little piece of **** can never amount to the talent and skills our girls process. It's OK, not everyone is cut out for blue. Maybe your kid can take up Lacrosse.

Def not surprised they lost with the way they've been trending. Wouldn't be surprised if half the team leaves.

The top teams play with cohesive deeply connected players, study their competition teams and plan. Did pda watch film and develop a plan for each team they were playing? My guess - no. That’s the difference between good and champions at this age. Last year they were too young.

Its a shame what this team has become. Reminds me of the downfall of MF.

Serves them right. The parents carried on like their they were bringing home another championship. And they wonder why people are bashing them.

Didn’t they get eliminated by PDA the only time they made it to Richmond?

Not when you let up 3 goals & 2 off a counter attack

MS doesn’t play defense. He’s ok with goals scored as long as he scores more and that’s poor coaching. I saw the ECNL feed for the quarterfinal game. I’m not sure what he asked those players to do but they all looked confused. There is no magic to get them back to where they were. It will take time and a new coach. I’m interested to see them next year. Some hate on MO but with the talent, MO could get them playing good soccer again. And then we will know if MS was the issue or the competition just got better.

Some of them were very good at young age 8-13. They trained nonstop and took advantage of that when the rest of the kids were enjoying summer or other holidays. At 15 it gets tougher to dominate games anymore, next year they may not even make the raund 16.

                                “Out! Ooouuut! Oooouuuutt!”

MS coaching instructions for his teams demanding they just boot it if it’s in their defensive third.
