How can a club wt this level of coaching , leagues participation and absolute zero track record of male committts or real D1 girls exist ???? At that price ????

Look at multiple colleges at different levels. Not everyone is meant to go D-1, but that doesn’t mean that you’re not a great athlete. You can still go to a terrific school that has an outstanding program. There is absolutely nothing wrong with D2, D3, NAIA or JC.Comment

the big clubs like to brag about how many D1 commits they have. They push every player toward that goal. So much so that many who don’t get D1 offers decide not to continue playing instead of playing at a level they’ve been told is inferiorComment

isnt it one of those clubs that have really bad younger teams but some how pull together really good teams at old ages (at least on the girls side). Not sure how they do it but younger teams get killed at EDP-7 but their U-19 team is EDP Premier-1Comment

RUSA started as FC Copa South and charged over $3k (pre-covid) to be apart of it. They held tryouts but offered anyone and everyone a spot which most players decided to go to more established clubs at the time like SJEB, Rush, Real, Medford Strikers, Washington United etc. They lost Copa branding because, according to management, it was to expensive. They dropped it for RUSA which was originally to be Rowan University Soccer Association because just about every coach was also a Rowan coach. Rowan stepped in and said no so they changed what RUSA was an acronym for. The only team, on the girls side, that did anything was the 06 Gold team which was mostly made up of a Pittsgrove powerhouse team from the u-little days and the 06 Rush team that Wayne wanted no parts of. Every other team they have is garbage which technically is only 2 other teams in the 08 Gold - EDP Premier 6, 6th out of 10 - and 06 Blue - EDP Premier 4, 8th out of 10 - teams.
Despite the collection of accomplished coaches and programs available they have not been able to do much on the girls side. Last I knew they were charging close to $4k for this. This is why they won't have many if any players in college D1 or otherwise and I would expect them to either merge or die off. FYI they already will be merging what is left of the 06s with SJEB next year.Comment

Good question is should dads be coaching their kids at clubs even junk ones like this ? Isn’t this the point of clubs to have independent coaches not daddys who promote only their kid and beg colleges to please look at , shouldn’t the paying customer get the same treatment?Comment
