Yes it is. DPL+NAL (not 100% sure if NAL will be part of it or just losing teams, my source was not clear) will be the new GA-RL (pronounced Girl with a twang). Also GA Northeast+MidAtlantic are breaking up into Northeast+MidAtlantic+NorthAtlantic of 9-10 teams each (depending on how many they add), there will be a new MidAtlantic and NorthAtlantic and a reshuffling of NAL's Northeast to better align with GA's current setup, and best of all, all NJ GA teams will be in the same division!!!
I dont, because like you, I pay for my kid to sit the bench on PDA White NL, but I am not worried, she will get 1/10th of a scholarship to play on South East Texas State A&M's backup campus
GA has to do something. There was an article on Soccerwire about further flight from GA to ECNL, but applications are being help up due to saturation. Adding Ukies is somewhat surprising given the Philly area is already fairly saturated. Some clubs are stuck. I cant imagine CSA wouldnt jump to ECNL given the chance, because they would probably would have to put Bergen in ECRL. STA, Real and SJEB would also definitely jump at an ECNL bid. STA being 15 minutes from MFA is a problem.
[SoccerWire Editor’s Note: Through our other reporting, we are aware of several other top clubs in the GA that have applied to move to the ECNL but been denied – for now – due to the ECNL’s geographical saturation within certain metropolitan areas.]
They all apply every year. SJEB/Real want in ECNL but it will never happen because of PDA South.
unfortunately for them PDA runs ECNL in NJ and PDA South is starting to show slight signs of improvement just as GA is starting to fall in the South Jersey / Philly area.
Top players on SJEB/Real need to think about trying out for PDA South or maybe their closest PA ECNL team.

They won’t admit it, because they hate south so much, but they already have kids reaching out and some kids already are taking open roster spots
This is basically going to be NAL and DPL merging, which is a bigger deal in new England where both formats run and adds some alignment with boys and MLSN. For NJ it just clears the way for a second league option for GA
Every age group has improved at least two spots in their respective standings. Like I said “slight” improvements but improvements non the less. And if it’s true that Real and SJEB players are reaching out I can only see that as people are starting to notice.

maybe the other teams just got worse? hard to tell since most ECNL teams, especially the lower one from NJ, refuse to play people outside their league
Why is it so hard for you to just give south credit ? Do you really hate the club that much ? As more and more people realize that ECNL is the top league, it will attract more and more of the top players in South Jersey to the club. They will leave SJEB and Real.
and nobody wants to play those lower level teams because it’s no fun beating up on weaker teams and it doesn’t prove anything or help anyone.

the coaches at pdasouth are terrible. None of any quality, whatsoever. JK has done a crap job keeping strong coaches.
