multiple age groups at cjfa have MFA girls playing with them. Cjfa parents don’t seem happy about that. And honestly, they have every right to be annoyed by it. These kids are taking away playing time.

Sounds like the only ones who should be confused and mad are the cjfa kids and parents whose kids are on the bench watching players from another club playing on a team they didnt pay for. Shame on that coach. Thankful my kids don’t have to deal with either of these messy clubs! lol

I agree it’s all a mess. I feel sorry for the CJFA kids. There are definitly a couple on 2012 that take away playing time. However I also heard that cjfa recently lost a lot of good players and were using 2013 to fill their spot. So I think the 2012 MFA girls are playing so they don’t have to use 2013 girls. There are also 2013 MFA girls playing with cjfa 2013. I also heard a lot are looking at PSA or other surrounding clubs. Not many are going to MFA shore unless they tried out and made an A team. But everyone has to do what they feel is best. Tough situation for the cjfa families. But there are plenty of teams outside of MFA to join if they wanted to do something different.

Having the ability to have A and B teams benefits everyone because if you aren't getting enough playing time on A, you can get minutes on B. I don't know about on the girls side, but for most boys clubs (especially CSA), they are very upfront about roster fluidity between A, B, C and sometimes D teams. I've never understood why the girls side of clubs is so rigid with spots on the top team.

it’s absolutely pathetic. No one wants to go to MFA shore because the training is horrendous compared to other clubs in the surrounding areas. I don’t blame them for not wanting to go to MFA shore. I hope all those cjfa players find another club to call home. Don’t go to MFA. They suck and only care about your tuition payment not the kids.
half the kids sit the bench from the youngest age groups to the oldest. Not a club for development.
