Great coaching, loyalty, parents, and relationships. They didn’t buy into the alphabet soup. Goes to show the talent these teams have before clubs try to poach them away. NJ Premier for girls is a great club. Talent through all levels. If parents don’t get brainwashed to leave, the teams and players thrive.
