They could move the three MD teams to the Mid Atlantic and leave 8 clubs in North Atlantic. Sure PDA wouldn’t miss that drive down there.

They can’t move them because Virginia and North Carolina teams play high school soccer in the spring.

If the ECNL is getting more watered down by adding top GA teams then the ECNL argument against GA is a moot point. GA got weaker today - any GA club would jump to ECNL if they got the chance.

And they are all pretty weak. Same thing on the boys side. Oversaturation in the marketplace.

Surely adding teams will mean those that are in ECNL are then pushed to actually BE BETTER because otherwise kids will want to leave for another ECNL club. Problem with NJ is that there is no other teams so MF and PDA (particularly white) can do a bad job at coaching/ have teams that are poor and still get players. If you added another NJ team in between those, now those 2 clubs have to work harder to be better and the general level increases.

FCV isn't happening. More likely to disband.
