Any good kids my daughters played with at younger ages are at STA, MFA or PDA. So development and play (hs) age are 2 different things and that’s totally fine.
No one ever said they didn’t? Not sure what you took personal? Was feeding off a NJ Premier post. This was a GA post follow up. I’m sure those teams develop players too.

If you want to get technical Blue and White are separate once the season starts. You don't drop from Blue to White during the season as ECNL requires them to be treated as separate clubs. So while White would have most players not deemed worthy of Blue they still have a few that do not want to go to Blue, not many but a few.

Out of curiosity, why would a player not want to go from White to blue? Playing time or something else?

PDA Blue is not for everyone. Fighting for playtime is one reason. You can be a solid player playing whole game on white but only playing a few minutes on Blue. For some its not worth it

White 08s have some great players that would do well on Blue but choose to stay on White. If you are getting more time playing the same teams as Blue and getting basically the same college scouts why go through the head aches that MO puts players and parents through?

3 groups make sense. All these top leagues really
need/have are 3 or so good teams per group and then 5-7 fillers.

My daughter I feel is a good player. Came from Blue plays all game white. Why move to be a part time player?
