23 teams in Northeast and North Atlantic combined. At least in the Northeast everyone plays everyone 2x times for 20 games, but in the North Atlantic you play everyone once and 5 teams a second time. Makes it kind of awkward since you can have a much harder schedule than others. Just heard (ok the guy I heard this from is basically full of it, but I like the idea, so part of me wants to believe) they will break them up into 3 groups: Northeast, North Atlantic and Mid Atlantic with 8 or 9 teams in each group (so adding 1-4 teams). Maybe a couple from the failed GA Rising and a couple others that make sense geographically (since GA Rising is very NYC/NJ based)
