It doesn't usually help and can destroy continuity on the team. There are plenty of training options in the fall for late birthday 2009s and some groups of trapped players form fall tournament teams outside of their club. I know a group of ECNL girls in PA have been reaching out to some of us in NJ to join them for training and two fall tournaments. We have not gone yet, but will start doing so next week and play the tournments as it will be fun to work with new players at a similar skill level but in a totally different environemnt.Originally posted by Guest View PostComment

Yes very tough league, only so many elite teams in area which is why they have regional leagues. Not sure I'd put white in the 'elite' group. Looks like south has improved and white loses a free win(s) now.
