Blue #1 now regardless of head to head. If you want it to be like that then there's a number of teams that has never beat white. STA and NJP off the top of my head.

How can you make an argument that head to head doesn’t matter than conclude by saying head to head matters. This is why your opinion doesn’t matter to anyone but yourself PDA parent of a kid no longer in the league.

PDA white parents are a menace. They cry bc they are not on an imaginary ranking and whine when they get on it and not high enough. Talk about always having a chip on your shoulder and being the ugly stepsister.

Yea, this NJ nationals thing really bothers me. They are basically Berna Legacy with a couple of other players from other clubs and EDP looks the other way about the cards. Wonder why the app doesn't rank them anyway

All edp cares about is whether the check clears. Nj Nationals scotch Plains Berna legacy all the same rosters. Even when the teams are in the same division EDP plays dumb. How do they play against each other? Divide like a pickup game?

Isn’t it obvious to knowledgeable analysts that MF must either be suffering from several key injuries or must have lost some key players based on recent results? Common on MF, simply can’t and won’t lose to PDA White playing with a full deck.

Congrats to PDA White a victory is a victory no matter how legitimately earned. The best teams in soccer will however win most times - this is simply an aberration. Let’s not get carried away pls.

I agree it doesn’t get any easier for MFA with the remaining opponents on their schedule but that’s what builds character… their ability to ride the wave and pull off victories against all odds will speak to their strengths as a team

Maybe their days of bunker defense and scoring on set pieces finally caught up with them? PDA catches flack for not developing players but watch the 2011 side possess. They can’t defend or score on set pieces because they never practice them. But they do play soccer and in the long run that is what’s sustainable.

I have been reverse engineering the ranking algorithm. It seems if you are in ECNL, and lose basically every game, by definition you have the hardest schedule in the state, and since you have the hardest schedule you must be a top 10 team. I wonder if south started winning some games, would their schedule be considered less hard and by winning, actually drop in the rankings?

2. PDA Blue ECNL (Ties against HEX and loss to PF. Matchup against MFA North will determine 1 and 2 this year)
3. REALNJ GA (Beat SJEB again)
4. MFA Shore ECRL (Same predicament as NJ Premier. Good team in a poor league but winning convincingly)
5. STA GA (Loss to MFA Shore but otherwise fine)
6. SJEB GA (Rough go against REALNJ)
