Not making excuses, just wondering, are tournaments this time of year a good way to gauge teams? Do they all have their best players?

No, it’s a mixed bag. A lot of guest players used to prop up teams prior to tryouts to make them look better. Some clubs are notorious for doing that. It’s a good preseason exhibition tournament to get stamina up but that is it. Take no stock in it.

You guys talk about this team like they all suck. Maybe they aren’t the top players but they are still good players. Why do you care so much about the remaining players? Seems like you moved on because you weren’t happy with MFA. That’s great. But the other girls seem happy. That’s not your concern if they develop or not. Worry about your own kid and the program you are in now.
