Yeh putting nj premier- playing in a tier 4 league- above pdas is nonsense , same with mercer, playing in a tier 3 league. The Stas, csa, sjebs can do similar in ecnl to what pda south/ white are doing with minimal variance

You would have to look at past tournaments to compare similar competition. Cant blame the league they are put in, but if they dominate the league then rankings are justified, team just above competition. Examples are MF Shore ECRL and NJ Premier NAL. One could argue PDA Blue above MF North because of ECNL standings but MF beats them head to head continually so they are better. PDA White and South could compete in this top 10 but they are just too inconsistent and will likely fall further as they are becoming less and less of a draw. The difference in all these teams is 2-3 players that is all.

Maybe 2 years ago. Much bigger gap than 2-3 players at this point. These teams are pretty stacked because they have been adding quality players whereas teams like NJ premier will be lucky to retain the quality players they have.

agreed, but what can you say about a team in a 3rd or 4th tier league when they win every game 6-0 (not saying they are, just an example). No promotions/delegations so no compare.

unless the ECNL team losing every game plays the 3rd tier team that wins every game by 6 goals, how can you really compare?

Actually, a 6 teams fighting for the 3 playoff spots. Delco and PF played only 9 games so far. And anyone is beating anyone, any given Sunday, especially the top 6 teams.

Fair point but playing in a tier 4 league is just much easier, very hard to take a morsel of that as meaningful. I'll agree on mf shore, better league and complete domination and some decent history vs teams outside of ecrl2. Guess we'll see where Premier is as they face off with shore this weekend

just because some top league "doesnt let you play" doesnt really saqy much about you.
