PDA boys practice 4 times a week and the girls only practice twice a week. Yet the girls pay the same if not more. If this is not gender discrimination I don't know what is. If your daughter plays for PDA and you are tired of subsidizing the boys leave a comment.

It’s clear they are trying to attract boys. There is simply more competition for PDA in that space. The own the girls market. Doesn’t matter what they do they keep on coming.

I didn't realize the boys practice 4 times a week. Imagine how much better the girls would be if the could have the opportunity to practice 4X a week.

I don't track boys teams but aren't PDA boys teams MLSN? That league requires 4 days a week and one less game. ECNL has no such rule although most practice 3/week and have 2 games. It's not discrimination if the genders are under different rules.

It’s not discrimination. It’s very carefully calculated. The girls only practice 2x a week because this way the coaches can charge their players hundreds of dollars for group sessions at Top Corner. If the girls practiced 3 or 4 times then there goes the extra revenue opportunities that the coaches get to pocket.

It is clear that PDA uses girls as cash cows literally. Both sides should practice the same time as it’s 2022 and treating women
unfairly isn’t warranted or fair. For those of you involved why do you let this go on? Has it been brought up in certain channels that would bring this to light?

If PDA gave two practices a week to the boys, no parent would bring their kid there because of the multitude of options. Yet on the girls side, parents fawn over themselves for two practices a week and to pay out of pocket for a third practice at a offsite facility owned by those affiliated to PDA.
The White and RL girls teams are the cash cows for PDA and coaches.
