At the younger ages, how does NJ EDP and PA/Philly EDP leagues compare?

I am guessing Premier I in each are comparable at the top, but how about premier II/III and such. Asking about Boys and Girls U11 and U12

Being asked about playing some friendlies with some PA teams and want to kind of get an idea how they compare before I commit. Obviously there are good teams and no so good teams in each group, but I am just looking for a general comparison

    examples:
U11B Central Atlantic Premier II vs U11B Mid Atlantic Premier II

U12G Central Atlantic Premier II vs U12G Mid Atlantic Premier II

U12G Central Atlantic Premier III vs U12G Mid Atlantic Premier III

    thanks

They should be similar levels from NJ to PA. U12G Prem 2 you get second level teams from the better clubs: PF, Delco, Bucks, Ukies etc plus some top teams of smaller clubs that tend to be strong
