Very true :) I know of situations though where kids are on the A team due to politics or even worse are playing over better players due to parent/coach agreements for one reason or another. Its a shame but it happens EVERYWHERE, get used to it!

if you are employed by the club you should not be allowed to have children playing at the club! Its a clear conflict of interest.
