There's def kids on A teams because parents donate enough cash to the club... easy to spot.

Accurate is an understatement. Take your pick of club

How is it so easy to spot? Are these kids playing over better players?

this is the beauty of soccer. very hard to quantify with stats. coaches can define "better" anyway they chose, from intangibles thru other qualities that may or may not appear obvious. Most players are a function of the system they play in and the role they occupy. Teams tend to showcase certain kids and how thye arrived at that is very subjective most of the time

also the older brother/sister card gets played a lot. if an older brother or sister are influential in a team parents will try to leverage that to get playing time for the younger sibling. its embarrassing, esp for the younger kid. players only develop if they play at a level they have earn by merit and stretch on from there.

Why would the coach of the younger team give a damn about the older sibling?

Cause two siblings is better then a one sibling pay day

At a certain level yes it is very minor the differences and what would be deemed "better" but in general TS terms it is not at all difficult to see a kid has zero first touch, zero indication of soccer sense and isn't a physically dominant player to know they don't belong on a certain team.

players shouldnt have to be physically dominant if they are playing the TEAM game correctly, have a high IQ and the soccer skills (i.e first touch and technical) necessary to succeed. Simply because a kid is faster than another doesnt necessarily mean they are a better soccer player. If the fast players head is consistantly down and they miss opportunities to pass to either maintain possession or create scoring opportunities their physical dominance is moot. I hear so many parent amazed with pure speed and big kicks it makes me sick. learn the game.

You apparently don't like to take all the words into account, the point you totally blew past is the player needs to stand out in some manner at some point. You should be sick but for not paying attention to what was actually posted and the naked truth is that is the USA game if you haven't noticed. I keep telling my kid to get out of midfield since most touches are from the backs and forwards. Winning a 50/50 is on par with the odds of getting an actual pass from a team mate.

                              decision making > physical dominance
Once we understand that, US soccer will be much better off.

It starts at the youth levels. Playing kick and run with physically dominant adolescents to win games and get got soccer points is not the answer.
