I love these Real parents. How come they don’t post as often anymore? Their teams were supposed to set the NJ soccer scene on fire and destroy all GA teams and be the true representative of NJ and play at Champions League.
Guess the comp is tougher than you thought based on the way your teams are performing. Or maybe it’s the coach’s fault. Right? Lol.

I was under the impression that Real didn’t have that many girls teams until recently? Still kind of a young women’s club compared to PDA in South Jersey. Doesn’t PDA play games with rosters and pick and choose who plays based on who they play? And don’t they have like 3 or 4 teams per age group? Talk about a money grab.
I’d bet if every Real Team that trains out of Medford went against every PDA team that trains out of South Jersey, Real would win 90% of those matches. I’m sure that PDA would bring a few ringers down from their premier teams up north though and wouldn’t make it an honest run. I’m also under the impression that PDA has something of a monopoly on the ECNL thing, but the South PDA teams are crap and are there by default on the coat tails of whatever is happening up north. So why would anyone want to be in ECNL if they let crap teams linger? Even if Real wanted to get into ECNL, I’m sure PDA wouldn’t let that happen. Remind me again, how many goals have the PDA south teams scored again?
Isn’t PDA south where all the girls that “left Real” went? I guess the horrible coaches at Real didn’t see their full potential. PDA must have some secret sauce if all these misunderstood players from Real left and went to PDA. They must be racking up the wins at PDA South. What’s PDA south’s goals differential in there younger ages? Minus 20?

If Al Gore doesn't regret inventing the internet, maybe he regrets trying to make everyone think he did. That said, I know the Real parents from the 09 Girls that this "horrible" monster of a coach probably aren't the ones on here complaining about him. My kid use to be on that team and I'd think it's far more believable that they'd be complaining about the former Deptford Coach Tristen. He's horrible and not because he yells and screams at kids. Because he plays favorites and if you call him to complain your kid gets playing time. All his former Deptford plays get a million chances and if you aren't a favorite of his, then you don't many chances to show what you have. The story isn't that the other coach was reassigned, the story is that Tristen being removed. I'd rather a yeller and screamer who at least rosters and plays kids by merit not avoiding parents that bitch and moan. By the way, since everyone is too cowardice to say the name, I believe they are talking **** about Coach Martin Woods who is the yeller and screamer. Maybe I'd let my kid go back with him if he is able to figure out how to deal with all the parents who pick up the phone to complain about playing time or even worse attack the coach before he leaves the field to ask why their kid didn't play the whole game.

I don’t have the attention span to read these lengthy posts but I agree that the former 05/07 coach is terrible and a very bad presence to have around kids.

I think real is an example of a club that wanted to do something different and better but fell flat. The owner has a vested interest in the 06 girls because his daughter is on that team. Other teams are second fiddle. And they know and feel that. Plus an absolute horrible coaching hire. They panicked, hired someone who should not ever interact with humans, much less teenagers and the results are abysmal. It sounds like they are trying to right the ship in terms over coaching oversight. I think they were required to due to acceptance into ga. Ga doesn’t want to deal with daddy ball.
