Roberto needs to find a technical director with some youth and energy that will bring something different to the club. Massimos getting fired or leaving is a good move. It will take time for Copa to rebuild but with Roberto really in charge, he can find somebody that is driven and invest his money into them. The last post I saw was a good amount of money in the job offer.
