Aah parents. Hiding behind their cryptic online message board comments because they’re not happy and sh@t on coaches that give their all to coaching their kids.

Now it’s the coaches fault your kid is not good enough. Always them and never you. Look in the mirror buddy.

That’s youth soccer parents in America. They constantly feel entitled that their Sally and Mia can do no wrong. It’s not like that in Europe, you have to earn the time and actually say thank you to the hard working coaches that are getting your kid better. The system should be changed it’s become all about the parents and treating everybody nicey nice so no hurt feelings.

You admit he coaches 4-5 teams and then in the same breathe call the coach a “creep”. Something tells me that this coach and you have different views on your kid’s ability; and that your evaluation is a lot more glowing.

Like other poster stated, a coach that has a heavy load of teams is often because of the club owner/operator assigning these teams to a coach and issues of the club being short staffed.


Parents need to be honest with themselves and their kid and stop looking to point the finger elsewhere.

That’s just ridiculous. Parents are paying 3k+ and traveling all over the place because the coach says so. Nothing about that is disloyal. It’s the exact opposite and shows how committed these teams are.

Copa already travels quite a bit so why not play GAL? They would be a great fit and can field teams active all age groups.
