Real NJ is an instant upgrade to GA. Will own SJ now and likely pull players from SJEB. Not sure about GAL getting shown up….aren’t they the top platform for girls in the country???

Real will do ok. Not sure they will “dominate” but GA is far behind ECNL. Any ECNL team (even PDA south) would run all over GA teams.

An app cannot replace an actual trainer. An app can supplement but will not be able to replace especially a good trainer.

I disagree. I’ve paid many a trainer. Many were very good. I actually like the app better. Much cheaper and similar results! There are video trainers who are outstanding!

This is not true, PDA SOUTH TEAMS have lost to Cedar stars and SJEB in games and tournaments. TeamS IN GA PDA south has lost 4/5/6-1 too

I just went through this exact decision. Just 2010 not 09. Trained with both teams all winter. Both coaches are great - WG for SJEB and KM for PDA. Parents on PDA seemed much less “cliquey”. PDA plays in ECNL which is head and shoulders above GA. In the long run PDA sends 10x as many girls to college as SJEB but SJEB is relatively new considering they are a merged team of the barons and rush (i think). We went with PDA and couldn’t be happier. The 09 PDA team also has great coaches, AS & DM are awesome And that team has a girl on it who is one of, if not the best, soccer players I’ve ever seen at that age.

Also the 09 coaching situation has changed multiple times this year and is about to change again. Look at the older teams coaches and all you'll see is dumpster fire after dumpster fire as the very best they got can't do better then 6th while the rest are bottom 2. For that college number of 10x...HAHAHA....PDA North sends a large bulk of them under PDA Blue and White and PDA Blue RL with even some White RL. PDA South's numbers are not that impressive and will only get worse over the next few years.

Bold statement based on nothing. Real has 1 good team in the 06s and 1 above average team in the 07s the rest are going to be stomped on like PDA South in ECNL. While GA may not be the #1 league in the country around here, unless you are an active player on PDA Blue, GA/ECNL/USYS levels are about the same. Sorry but at any age and league could have the better teams minus Blue.

If these 2 09 girls are so good and SJEB did such a great job of training them, why did they leave ? Because they know dump and run soccer works in EDP/GA but not against top level competition. GA is a joke and will fold now that Elite 64 is starting up. Them adding Real (another mediocre EDP club minus the 06 squad) was their last gasp.
South will continue to improve as they start their 2nd full year in ECNL (covid year doesnt count).

Who ? I see PDA/PDA South & SJEB publish their list of college commitments. Never see Real.
