SJEB vs PDA South

Real is a decent EDP team. They will be brought back down to earth in GA. SJEB is a decent GA team but would get smacked in ECNL. PDA South has to improve in ECNL.
Nevertheless, at the end of the day...none of your kids are getting a scholarship or going D1. Hahahaha.

SJEB GA 05s lost 6-1 to an ECRL team and lost 2-0 to another ECRL team. Put that in perspective when you consider GAL. Real will never ever lose to ECRL teams. ECRL ==== GAL.

What are the issues with PDA South related to? They have a good facility. They are a hour drive from many different directions so the player pool is wide. They carry the coveted badge. They have the name.

Would a Club X that takes over the ECNL badge in the south do any better? Is the pipeline of players not strong enough in that area? Are there too many competitors vying for same players? SJEB, Penn Fusion, FC Bucks, Real etc….

The coaching/training is not good on any level. It is just another revenue stream for PDA. Nothing more to it than that.

Quite a few ECRL teams beat up on various GAL clubs at the non-ECNL PDA showcase.

John is that you again? Try some new training it may help with results. Either that or the kids aren't any good but it is something that has to be holding back the South. The results speak volumes about the quality produced regardless the reasons.

Sorry but I and several on here are speaking from experience at PDA South. Some of them had kids who were getting good time and/or starting and left because training lacks a lot and the coach is a jack@ss.

Southern NJ players can compete, you can look and different ages at SJEB and Real and see that. The issue is PDA South doesn't train. Better players aren't going to leave a good trainer for a patch. PDA South doesn't have any college scout that wouldn't also look at any other team in the area. Until Jenks finally ditches the stable of losing coaches and brings in actual coaches who will train the players PDA South will continue to be at the bottom or even out of ECNL.

When Jenks started telling coaches to start dumping scholarship players and start recruiting strictly from Marlton/Medford/Moorsetown areas that was when we knew PDA South wasn't the club to be at.

maybe your daughter just stinks and isn’t an athlete. It’s fine. There are worse things in life. I’m sure she’ll do just fine on those second rate teams.

Training is what is the most important parts of all this. You are paying for training for your kid to be better, no matter if it is u8 or u17 training is key. If you chase a patch don't be surprised when your kid can't make the school she wants to go to or quits after the 1st or 2nd year.

Training with your team is not what separates you. It’s the work you do alone, when no one is looking, that will push you past the rest.

SJEB is in real trouble. No pun intended. GAL is getting shown up vs these other leagues.

Real NJ is an instant upgrade to GA. Will own SJ now and likely pull players from SJEB. Not sure about GAL getting shown up….aren’t they the top platform for girls in the country???

What you do on your own is only as good as you are taught. I know dozens of players who practiced at home using those apps for hours a day that still looked horrible on the field. No great player is going to say they did it on their own, they all had a trainer or coach that helped. A poor coach will turn a talented player into a bad one while a great coach can turn a poor player into a good one. True in life as well, every great or successful person has that teacher who inspired them to do better.
