Once Real has a couple years in GA (if GA stays alive that long) they will be the dominate team.
PDA South has been in ECNL for all of 10 minutes. They will adapt and adjust and will eventually dominate at every age group.

SJEB is so foolish to agree to have Real join GA. I don’t think Real will need a couple years to settle in, they will likely win out most age groups come next year. If I’m a high level player I would give Real a look ASAP!

PDA South has been apart of ECNL for 3 years now, 1 as RL and 2 as ECNL and for those 2 years MULTIPLE as in MOST teams have less than 5 league wins over that time. They aren't pulling any top players in SJ from SJEB or Real's better teams. As long as they keep up the 2x week practice, poor practices/training and lack of allowing outside or winter activities and defending poor coaches they will continue to hemorrhage the good players they have. South lost the only advantage they had when they joined ECNL as players no longer can be pipelined or promised to play on North teams. As for SJEB and Real they may be close to each other but draw from different parts of SJ. SJEB draws mostly from Kingsway, GCIT, Washington TWP, Delsea and Williamstown while Real draws from Lenape, Shawnee, Cherokee, Eastern schools. They have some overlap but both seem to do fine with what they have. PDA South has more to worry about Real being in their backyard and drawing from the exact same area for a bulk of its players. South will have to continue to live off the cuts of other clubs and will never be relevant in ECNL.

Not sure where you get your info from, my d plays on a u16 team at South, and does all sorts of outside training. She has played with an indoor winter league with a different club, a summer league with a different club, and does outside training with coaches from SJEB and Real. Her coach is fully aware of it, as well as JJ. Thanks to Real getting into the GA, we have had a couple of Real and SJEB kids sitting in for practices the last two weeks.

Since you are on the inside maybe you can provide some insight on why South isn't more competitive than they are. With all that training shouldn't they do better at some juncture?

Please STOP posting about SJEB and Real kids coming to South. We don’t want any of them. Let them stay on those teams and think they’re good because the beat Deptford and Pittsgrove.
