Some parents I guess disagree with the usefulness. My feeling is that Niko probably has this program in place to try and paper over technical deficiencies with the kids (out hustle the competition instead of out play), but again, that's just my outside opinion.

the last point seems to be the main issue here and it’s really about the ulittles.
I will however say with older kids 11v11 it’s totally normal and critical they can run for long distance and are in shape. in HS all they do is run.
