Asked a few parents where their kids go for extra training and they wouldn’t say… why what’s the big deal? Like we are on the same team. Thoughts?

A lot of people are idiots and think your kid may become better and theirs will move to the bench. These are also a lot of the same people who take their kids to weaker clubs to play so they can score 10 goals a game and Maradona around kids looking like a pro. I believe that if the team is to become better then everyone should have access to more training and if they do it or not it is on them. If the team has more competition then my kid either gets better or rides the pine, it is on her. My D went to SJEB technical training years ago and got involved with futsal early as well as. She has done different sessions with various coaches at clinics through the years but they are no longer in the area. Over the last few years she has done sessions at A-Game, NCE, Kemp and Akka every once in awhile when it fits the schedule and trained on and off with private trainers when available. When she was younger she did the workouts from Beast Mode Soccer and Renegade Soccer as well as YouTube. SJ doesn't have as much to offer now as it did years ago. A lot of what I get emails for now revolves around SJEB/Total Turf at the u13 and younger ages, Universal Soccer Academy, NCE and occasionally Akka and A-Game. I'm sure NJ has a lot more to offer though.

Some - not all - parents are nuts. Find the sane ones, they're out there. Ask around for recommendations outside the team. It's a small soccer world and chances are you know others who have kids in the sport. Also, what kind of training do they need? That matters too if looking for someone.
But does your kid need extra training? why? If your kid isn't playing much, training probably won't get them more PT.. Your player needs to want it, be hungry for it and be willing to work harder for it. Just dumping him with a trainer for 1-2 hours a week won't do it. Perhaps they need to move down a level with a team that's a better fit.

Ryan Tetro from Matchfit Shore is a drunken loser who encourages his players to intentionally hurt other players. Any parents that still think this guy is a great coach and role model for your kids need to have your head examined.
