Get over your bitterness dad. It's brutally ugly and going to drive your daughter away from the game (and harm your family psychologically as there is no way you are not carrying this anger around your home). It's SU's and DA's rules. They make them. They can brake them. You really need to step back and realize why you are so angry.
Lol. Okay, dad. Your D isn't as good as you think she is and doesn't deserve the special treatment that hundreds of other DA players don't get. She probably never heard the word No growing up and neither of you know how to handle that. You think she is so super special. I can't wait until she gets the boot.

Or for the family to get a f'ing clue and put an end to it. Ultimately they're the ones to say no. it seems they think their kid walks in water. Since they won't stop the club must. Otherwise more will try to do the same and tension will simmer all year.

There’s more than one doing it.

I say every player on all SU DA teams should just now go and play both HS and GDA. If you can’t beat em, join em. Plus it will escalate the issue beyond the point to be ignored, and then hopefully the point will be made, and and end put to it.

This is funny. You think that if Seacoast was able to get special permission from USSF to bend the rules for a few players and told those players they could do both for this season, suddenly they are going to back pedal and tell the players they have to choose, just because a dad on an anonymous board is complaining?

You were replying to me. I only came on this thread because I thought it was about boys . I don't have a daughter. I was just fascinated and horrified with the hate and anger coming through the posts and was compelled to reply. Your reply to my post shows how truly depraved you are.

I wasn't trying to shut it down, and I hadn't even been involved in any of the discussion until my dead horse comment, but still seeing people argue back and forth is comical. There's nothing new to be said about this. No new insight to be gained. Btw, I'm on the side of the anti-cheating crowd, but even still, there's nothing more to say other than SUSC is a 3rd rate wannabe, and the fact that they are cheating so that they can field DA teams doesn't surprise me at all.

Some schools a won't let a player in DA play for their HS team. Its called ethics... SUSC should look into the word....

I get this is a NH board and therefore, only SUSC would qualify. But, this is not concentrated to SUSC.

So you are saying you have proof that another DA team is allowing players to play both at the same time? I am very tight with many players on the NEFC DA teams, and I have not even heard one whisper of players playing both at the same time. They are doing the whole “we will add you back to the roster in November” because they couldn’t give a few public school player studs a waiver. But those girls are not participating at all in DA right now. That’s a loophole for sure, but not as egregious as openly and illegal flaunting playing both at once.

Same proof as is here. Anonymous message board poster says they know of players doing both. Wasn't NEFC.

But, I've seen special rules for different players occur with NEFC, Stars, GPS, etc. before. Not unique to them.

Last year other clubs had this issue - didn't help that clubs were allowed to grandfather in existing varsity players without waivers. That was a big mistake on USSF's part which they corrected for this year. Anyway, it seemed like most clubs shut it down ASAP, as they should. The rule is pretty darn clear.
