Some of the teams are posting their respective divisions now, as usual some interesting selections and omissions.

In the last the site is where the full list is and papers follow. Local papers and teams will leak for local players but the full list is normally early December

You would think the All-State soccer selections are some sort of sensitive or classified information. The other sports like volleyball and basketball release the selections a few days after the championships... soccer waits for some ridiculous reason.

Do you? How is it that sports like volleyball, baseball, softball, and basketball release their all state lists within days of the championships and soccer waits weeks? Educate me if you know because I am curious.

I never made a claim so I don’t have to back anything up. You said the reason is ridiculous but you also don’t know the reason.

My only guess, and it’s just that, is the All-Region is announced at the same time I think, and not all the other states are done yet (All-American and USSC PoTY are later).

The other reason could be they like to watch parents squirm, which in your case appears to be successful

Sometimes I wonder if TS posters live their entire lives just to argue with people. OP rightly pointed out other sports have no delay and he feels it’s ridiculous that soccer seems to be silly in that regard. It’s an opinion. Calm down. Jesus.

No. Poster said the reason is ridiculous and has no idea what the reason is. Maybe it is ridiculous, maybe not. But until someone actually KNOWS the reason how can anyone label it anything?

I actually don’t think TS is just an avenue to whine. Complain about clubs, about HS, about refs, about all-state lists. Calm down. Jesus.
