That is because you are so gifted. However, for the vast majority and especially those who want to major in business/economics, Babson is a first choice or even a reach. Certainly it has a fine soccer program. For those of us....the 99% of the population...who are not as gifted as you are, The D3 Babsons are far better options than the D1 high points, especially when considering that <1% will play pro.

The other part that varies from player to player is the playtime in college. While it is an individual decision, I think most kids want to be on the field playing more than 10-30 minutes per game.

But....since you were so gifted, it is possible that you might not be able to grasp these concepts....

Just to add an example to this, the Nauset star, JM, is on the roster at UNH. He was one of the Nauset programs best players ever. This past season he played in one game for a total of 45 minutes. There are many star HS players out there and many that come from abroad. The concept that 'any D1' program is a better place to be than a very good D3 team is ludicrous.

OP here. When I was presented his name, the club was a ? So I looked online and it showed him on that team in the most recent season. If you don’t want them listed I can remove them. That has happened before, most often with parents annoyed at DA teams not getting waivers.

He certainly has played there. Sometimes when kids are given a waiver, they are left off the fall roster then added for the spring. If you want it deleted, I will.
