Of course it depends on local guidelines but in MA it's allowed. It's the Revs. If they can save a nickel that's what they'll so.

You have 1001 pages of this thread to read and you need to ask? The fact remains that they have an academy to produce homegrown players and my kid wants to be one. Plenty of dreams don’t work out, that’s life.

Mate, the REvs have produced like 4 homegrown players? Not a good stat for an academy....
