Fill out a waiver and submit it. It’s readily available online. If they deny you but allow someone else that is clear cut discrimination. The notion that admittance to an extremely expensive private school is based on soccer, which therefore necessitates a waiver is ridiculous. It would never stand up in court during your discrimination case. You simply explain you can’t afford these private schools despite the tuition assistance offered AND you can’t get a waiver because you can only manage to send your child to public school. You’ll end up with a waiver. If they really want to push back I’m sure a local news station would love to do an expose about the wealthy buying privileges on the heals of the USC case.

Wait until rich type-A parents find out students on their child’s soccer team get $30k off tuition to play a sport even though the household income is well into six figures. That would be the biggest problem uncovered.
