A good dad does his best to give his son the tools to succeed. The Revs are a broken hammer in this analogy. They will not develop your son anywhere near what a paid quality coach/trainer can. If you can't find and pay someone outside this awful club, then go on youtube and find drills that seem effective and work with your son day EVERY day and night on boring, repetitive, but vital skills. even come winter. The Revs will not. And your son's reaction to such a plan will tell you if he has a dream or a fantasy.
